Invitation Letter
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to attend the conference can write to the Organizing Secretariat. Registration is required. This procedure is designated to assist participants to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting and does not apply to registration fees or other expenses.
Name Badges
All participants and accompanying persons are required to carry their name badges throughout the conference, particularly during their entrance to the conference center, at the scientific sessions, exhibition and poster areas, and during all scheduled social activities to ensure the safe and smooth flow of the conference.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be distributed to all registered participants. Conference programme book and Conference abstracts book will be available in the conference bags.
Exhibition Area
The pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment companies will be able to exhibiting their products at the exhibition area at the conference venue. The exhibition will be open during whole conference.
